WHAT ARE CUSTOM ORTHOTICS?
Custom orthotics are a device that can be placed in a shoe to help support, align, accommodate and improve how the foot functions.
Properly fitted orthotics align the foot and ankle into the most anatomically efficient position. They look like insoles, but are biomechanics medical appliances that are custom made to correct your specific foot imbalance.
WHO CAN BENEFIT?
Anyone can benefit from the comfort and design of custom orthotics. Orthotics when used in conjunction with proper footwear can be effective in treating: heel and arch pain, shin splints, achilles tendonitis, knee, back or foot pain, planter fasciitis, bunion, hammer and claw toes, leg length discrepancies.
HOW DO I GET CUSTOM ORTHOTICS?
Our process begins with a 30-45 minute assessment that includes a weight bearing and non weight bearing assessment. A 3D mold will be created using state of the art technology to maximize the effectiveness of the custom orthotic manufactured.
